With exercises targeting weak points and muscle imbalances, Kevin blends resistance training, cardio, and body-weight exercises.

His standout class, Mobility Maintenance, offers a blend of corrective exercises, myofascial work, dynamic stretching, and body-weight activations. This class aims to strengthen and stretch the right muscles, catering to daily activities, whether at home or work.

A continuous learner, Kevin has been NASM-certified since 2015 and regularly updates his certifications. Beyond training, he's a self-published author of various fitness and wellness programs, embodying his commitment to holistic health. Every program he offers is crafted and tested by him.
