After 25 years of culinary excellence in renowned Las Vegas kitchen, Mario now graces The Stirling Club as our Executive Chef. His partner in culinary brilliance is Javier Hernandez, the esteemed Executive Sous Chef, whose mastery of the Coastal Mexican Zarandeado method brings unique flavors to our menu.
