Chair Yoga, Candlelight Yoga, Gentle Vinyasa & Reiki

Allison is a seasoned Gentle Vinyasa Yoga and Chair Yoga instructor at The Stirling Club. Introduced to yoga during her college years, she attributes the practice to helping her adeptly juggle the multiple roles she cherishes: a wife, mother, grandmother, and professional musician. Allison firmly believes in yoga's ability to harmonize life and facilitate graceful aging.

Relocating to Las Vegas in 2019 from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Allison possesses a rich musical background, having trained at Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music. She boasts an illustrious career as a Cantorial Soloist and Jewish music educator, and, even now, continues to volunteer her musical talents in Las Vegas. Allison is not only a licensed Wedding Officiant but also a passionate advocate for energy healing, holding certifications as a Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki practitioner, and Jewish Energy Healer. Her students benefit from a fusion of yoga and sound healing, incorporating Tibetan and crystal healing bowls into her sessions.

In 2018, after retiring as a professional musician, Allison deepened her yoga commitment, securing her 200 HR RYT Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification. Her teaching repertoire spans from private lessons to studio classes in South Florida, with expertise in a multitude of yoga styles, including Restorative Yoga, T.R.Y. Trauma Recovery Yoga, and Face Yoga.

Embodying the essence of the "he-ART" of Yoga, Allison's classes weave together dynamic poses, Pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Her meticulous attention to alignment and student safety underscores her teaching philosophy. With the goal to foster a holistic mind, body, and soul connection, Allison aspires for her students to emerge from her classes feeling rejuvenated, harmonized, and inspired.

She staunchly believes that the lessons of yoga transcend the mat, fortifying physical and mental wellness, and imparting equilibrium in the bustling world.
