Born in Wuppertal, Germany, Sarah Jane moved to Los Angeles, California during her early teens. A childhood filled with competitive skiing and sports ignited her interest in movement. In 2008, while pursuing degrees in Philosophy and Communications in LA, Sarah embraced Pilates and Yoga to balance her academic and personal life.

Though she initially considered a career in law, her passion for wellness prevailed. She's now certified in Pilates Apparatus, Pilates Mat, Yoga-RYT200, Lagree Method, and Schwinn. Committed to ongoing education, Sarah frequently participates in workshops and delves deep into anatomy, body mechanics, and the science of human movement.

Sarah teaches in Los Angeles, Bel Air, and Las Vegas, bringing a teaching style that is knowledgeable, mindful, detailed, and welcoming. She firmly believes in recognizing individuality in wellness, emphasizing that everyone should compete only with themselves and always respect their body's limitations. For Sarah, wellness is as much a mental journey as a physical one, urging everyone to be present, kind to themselves, and to enjoy the process.
