- Reservation, event registration, and service-request details you provide to Club staff.

- To administer your membership and provide Club services, including dining and amenity reservations, valet, spa and fitness, and events.
- To communicate with you about your reservations, requests, and Club business, by phone, email, and, where you have opted in, text message (SMS).
- To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messaging, the Club may send you SMS messages such as reservation confirmations, valet notifications, event reminders for events you have registered for, and replies to your requests.

- SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile numbers and opt-in status collected for text messaging are used solely by The Stirling Club to communicate with you.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Club (for example, reservation, billing, and communications platforms), bound to use it only on our behalf;
